Requirements

- you must be at least 18 years old;
- you must be a resident of South Africa;
- you must be employed;
- you must have an active RSA bank account.

Non-Payment

GetBucks collections department will try everything so that they can make arrangements to resolve non-payment. If they can't reach an agreement, your account will be handed over to an external collections company. Continued failure to repay a loan will mean GetBucks may be forced to take legal action against you. In addition the credit bureaus will record the outstanding debt. Records remain on file for a number of years after they are closed.

Renewal Policy

Every loan application is a separate loan and is treated as such from application to quotation and ultimate contracting. Paid up or settled loans are not automatically renewed.

All payments are collected via NAEDO (Non-authenticated early debit order).
